    - We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product received is damaged, defective, or a wrong order has been delivered.
    - If you receive a damaged/defective item or a wrong order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate a return process.
    - For a seamless refund process, we require an unboxing video of your order clearly showing the issue.
    - Refunds will be issued within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned goods at our operating location.
