Order Cancellation by Customer

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order provided the shipment has not yet been assigned to a shipping partner.

• If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

Order Cancellation by Hilush

• We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is found to be out of stock, unavailable, or if there are any issues with payment processing.
• In case of cancellation from our side, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued.
  
• Hilush reserves the right to accept or decline any cancellation request at its sole discretion.

Refund for Cancellations

• For cancellations accepted within the allowed timeframe, a full refund will be issued. The refund process may take 3-5 business days depending on your payment method.
