Refund policy

  1. Returns
    We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product received is damaged, defective, or a wrong order has been delivered.
  2. Damaged or Defective Products
    If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the order to initiate the return process.
  3. Wrong Orders
    If we have delivered the wrong order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the order.
  4. Unboxing Video Requirement
    For a seamless refund process, we require an unboxing video of the order clearly showing the issue.
  5. Refund Processing
    Refunds will be issued within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned goods at our operating location.
